匙葉茅膏菜（Drosera spatulata）是一種茅膏菜，具有匙形（spatula形）的細小葉片，呈蓮座形排列分佈，廣泛分佈於日本、中國、東南亞、澳大利亞、紐西蘭等地。在日本，從關東以西的濕地、山區的濕潤岩石上也可見到自生個體，是相對常見的食蟲植物之一。體型小巧可愛，藉由腺毛上發光的粘液捕捉小昆蟲。強健而容易結種，是容易栽培的入門種。栽培時可使用濕潤的水苔單獨使用或泥炭蘚+珍珠岩的混合，並採用腰水管理法使用純水或雨水。喜好強烈的直射陽光，光照越充足腺毛的紅色越深。日本原產的群體相對耐寒性較好，但熱帶原產的群體可能對寒冷敏感。作為初學者的入門種被廣泛推薦。
