優雅豬籠草（Nepenthes gracilis）廣泛分佈於馬來半島、婆羅洲、蘇門答臘和菲律賓等地，是一種堅強耐栽的低地豬籠草。其特徵為身形纖細、陷阱筒修長，以及莖部細長，種名gracilis意為「細長、優雅」。本種最有趣的特徵是「雨滴誘捕機制」——當雨滴撞擊蓋片背面時，蓋片會向下彈起，將停在邊緣的昆蟲拍落進陷阱筒內。此種極為堅強耐栽，屬低地性種，栽培適溫為22～35℃。用土可單獨使用水苔，或混合泥炭土與珍珠岩，採取半水位或保持濕潤的管理方式。濕度50%以上即易於生長，是初學者適合栽培的堅強低地種。
