春蘭（Cymbidium goeringii）自生於日本、中國、朝鮮半島、東南亞落葉樹林林床，是地生蘭。是日本最常見的野生蘭之一，株高15～30cm。細長的草狀葉叢生，早春（3～4月）花莖上開出單朵花（偶有兩朵）。花為淡黃綠色，直徑3～4cm，雖色澤素雅卻散發高級香氣。作為東洋蘭，自古在中國、日本備受珍視，以「春蘭」之名培育出眾多品種。管理上是適應日本山地環境的強健植物，耐寒性強，可在戶外越冬。適合在明亮半陰環境進行戶外栽培，應在富含腐植質、排水良好的介質（山野草用土或赤玉土混合）中栽植。不耐乾燥，需持續適度澆水。施肥應用少量緩效性肥料。
