細葉柳葉草（Hygrophila polysperma）是原產於印度和東南亞的爵床科有莖水草。作為世界上最容易在水族館中培育的水草之一而聞名，即使在低光照、無CO2、無肥料的惡劣環境中也能茂盛生長。成長極其迅速，放任不管會長到水面，因此定期修剪是必須的。將剪下的莖插入底床就能輕鬆繁殖。葉片在水上呈橢圓形，但在水中變成細長。從水上栽培的母株轉變為水中也很容易。是初學者學習水草栽培基礎的最佳入門草，在水草水槽建立時還有助於亞硝酸鹽的吸收。在美國、澳洲等地被指定為具侵略性的外來種。
