微孔蕨（現學名 Leptochilus pteropus）是原產於東南亞的蕨類植物，以「爪哇蕨」之名在水族箱界廣泛普及。自生於馬來西亞、泰國、印度東北部、中國南部等地，沿著溪流根部和岩石著生生長。革質且光澤度高的深綠色葉片為水族箱帶來沉穩的厚重感，是流木造景的經典植物，在世界各地被廣泛使用。通過將根莖固定在流木或石頭上來培育，絕對禁止埋入底床。由於其出色的耐陰性和無需CO2的易於管理特點，從初學者到高級愛好者都很喜愛。成熟的葉片先端或背面會自然形成子株，可以觀察到其獨特的繁殖方式。葉形的變異（狹葉、三叉葉、針葉等）也很豐富。
