爱之蔓（Ceropegia woodii）是夹竹桃科（原萝藦科）爱之蔓属的蔓性多肉植物，原生于南非、斯威士兰和津巴布韦的岩石区和树上。也被称为"爱心花环（Rosary of Hearts）"和"爱心蔓"。细铁丝般的蔓茎上缠着成对的心形小叶，这是其最可爱的特征。叶面银绿色，有深色斑纹，叶背呈紫色。茎部有时会形成小块茎（气根球）。从吊篮和架子边缘垂挂下来的样子非常优美，作为室内植物非常受欢迎。最适合在明亮的间接光下生长，应避免直射阳光和过阴暗的环境。浇水要等土壤完全干燥后再浇，不耐过湿。最低气温5℃以上可安全越冬。可通过剪取茎叶扦插或将块茎种植于土中进行繁殖。
