服务条款

Article 1 (Application)

本条款规定了BoTa Direct（以下"本服务"）的使用条件。用户应同意本条款后方可使用本服务。

Article 2 (Definitions)

The following terms are defined as below:

• "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service.
• "生产者"是指在本服务中注册为卖家的人员。
• "购买者"是指在本服务中购买植物的人员。

Article 3 (Registration)

Users must apply for registration through the method specified by the Service and receive approval. The Service may cancel registration if false information is provided.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

• Activities that violate laws or regulations
• Registering false information
• Activities that inconvenience other users
• Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
• 损害植物健康或生长的行为
• Price negotiation or discount requests to sellers (purchases must be at listed prices)
• 禁止上市通过拍卖或第三方采购的植物（仅自家繁殖、自家生产的植物可上市）

Article 5 (Fees)

生产者在成交时应支付本服务规定的手续费。上市本身免费。手续费率另行规定。
