金柑

金柑為蕓香科金柑屬的常綠灌木，原產於中國南部，據說於江戶時代前傳入日本。是柑橘類中結最小果實的品種，特色是可連皮食用，具有甘味和風味。初夏至秋季多次開放白色小花，冬季結圓形的橙至金色可愛果實。有「長實金柑」「圓實金柑」等品種。在盆栽中，冬季綠葉襯托下鮮豔的橙至金色果實是觀賞重點，作為結果盆栽很受歡迎。常綠特性確保全年葉片美麗，冬季果實長期掛果，具有極高的觀賞價值。在柑橘類中耐寒性相對較強（可耐至-5℃左右），易於進行一般的盆栽管理。栽培上需日照充足，充足的陽光直接決定結果情況。澆水時應避免乾燥，需經常給水。春季施肥很重要，應使用氮磷鉀配比均衡的肥料。每2～3年於春季進行一次換盆。
