條紋十二卷（Haworthia fasciata）是原產於南非開普州的十二卷屬多肉植物。又稱「條紋十二卷」「斑馬植物」，特徵是硬挺尖銳的暗綠色葉片外側面上規則排列著白色橫紋（疣突列）。葉片內側光滑呈綠色。成株直徑約5～15公分，容易長出子株並形成群生。耐陰性強，即使在室內明亮的半陰環境中也能充分生長，是多肉植物中特別耐性強的品種。澆水應在土壤乾燥後適量供應，過度潮濕易腐爛。半陰至明亮間接光最為適宜，直射日光會造成葉片灼傷。耐寒性可承受約5℃。可通過子株分株、葉插和播種方式繁殖。市場流通量大且價格低廉，易於取得，是多肉植物初學者最理想的入門種之一。與近似種H. atte外形相似，但可通過葉幅和條紋形狀區分。
