Drosera Burmannii key facts

Growing Difficulty
Beginner-friendly
Lifespan
1-3 years
Size
2-5cm
Watering
Insects (auto-capture)
Light & Placement
It loves strong direct sun. The more light it gets, the more its tentacles color orange to red and the more compact the little rosette stays.
Watering
Keep the medium constantly moist with tray watering, using purified water or rainwater. Being tiny, it is especially sensitive to drying out.
Temperature & Overwintering
It prefers warmth (20-35°C) and is sensitive to cold. Treat it as an annual and overwinter it as seed.
Soil & Repotting
Plant in moist sphagnum alone or a peat moss and perlite mix. As an annual it needs no repotting.
Propagation
It is easy to raise from seed. Collect seed after flowering and sow it the following year to keep the line going.
