朦月（拟石莲 Graptopetalum paraguayense）是景天科拟石莲属的多肉植物，原产于墨西哥塔毛利帕斯州。英文名为"幽灵植物（Ghost Plant）"。银灰色至淡粉色沉静的莲花座排列整齐，成株的莲花座直径约10～15厘米。在低温或强光条件下，叶片会变成淡粉至橙色。生长较快，茎容易伸长形成丛生植株。能适应从光照充足到半阴的各种光照环境，是一个非常强健的品种，可在户外栽培。极其耐干旱，每月浇水2～3次即可。耐寒性较强，多数品种能耐受约-5℃的低温。叶插繁殖非常容易，落下的叶片能自然萌芽和生根。是初学者的最佳入门品种，在日本自古以来就以"朦月"的名字为人所知。可通过扦插、叶插和分株进行繁殖。
