金橘

金橘是芸香科金橘属的常绿灌木，原产于中国南部，据说在江户时代之前传入日本。在柑橘类中果实最小，皮可食用，具有甜度高、风味独特的特点。初夏至秋季开出白色小花多次，冬季结出圆形的橙色至金色可爱果实。有"长实金橘"和"圆实金橘"等品种。在盆栽中，绿叶衬托下鲜艳的橙色至金色果实是冬季观赏的亮点，作为结实盆栽很受欢迎。常绿特性和一年四季保持美丽叶片，同时冬季果实长期保留，观赏性高。在柑橘类中耐寒性相对较高（可耐-5℃左右），是盆栽管理相对容易的品种。养护管理喜好充足日照，充分光照决定结实情况。浇水因其怕干旱应频繁浇水。春季施肥很重要，应使用氮、磷、钾比例均衡的肥料。换盆适期为2～3年一次，春季为最佳时期。
