- Lighting
- A hardy moss that grows under low to medium light. Increasing the light makes it grow more densely and sharpens its triangular branching.
- CO2 & Fertilizer
- Grows without CO2, but injection promotes growth further. It needs almost no fertiliser.
- Water Temperature & Quality
- A water temperature of 20-28°C is suitable. It provides shelter for shrimp and fry, so it is easy to grow in a tank with livestock.
- Substrate & Attachment
- Fix it to driftwood or rock with fishing line or glue and let it attach. Its attaching ability is about the same as Java moss.
- Trimming & Propagation
- Trim moderately to keep its triangular silhouette and it grows attractively. Re-tie the trimmed pieces to propagate it.
