- Lighting
- Prefers medium to high light and keeps its bright light-green colour even under strong light. Easier to grow than red Rotala types.
- CO2 & Fertilizer
- Grows fairly vigorously even without CO2. Regular potassium-based liquid fertilizer plus substrate fertilizer brightens the leaf colour.
- Water Temperature & Quality
- Aim for 20–28°C. In a stable tank even beginners can build a dense background bush with it.
- Trimming & Propagation
- Growth is medium to fast, and trimming once or twice a week keeps its shape. Replanting the cut stems increases density.
- Notes
- Fast grower. Regular trimming needed
