优雅猪笼草（Nepenthes gracilis）广泛分布于马来半岛、婆罗洲、苏门答腊、菲律宾等低地地区，是一种强健的低地性猪笼草。细长苗条的瓶形和纤细的茎是其特征，种名gracilis意为"细长·优美"。本种最有趣的特征是一种独特的"雨滴诱捕机制"——当雨滴撞击盖子背面时，盖子向下弹出，停留在边缘的昆虫被带入瓶形陷阱中。作为一种非常强健的低地种，栽培适温为22〜35℃。基质可使用纯水苔或泥炭土+珍珠岩的混合物，采用腰部浸水或保持湿润的管理。湿度达到50%或以上时易于养护，被推荐为初学者友好且强健的低地性种。
