Common issues across categories and basic solutions
Plant Seems Unwell on Arrival
Shipping stress can temporarily droop leaves or dull a plant's vigor. Let it rest in bright shade and avoid sudden environmental changes. Contact the grower if there's no improvement.
Temperature/Humidity/Light Won't Suit the Plant
Check each variety's preferred temperature, humidity, and light. Keep plants out of direct AC or heater airflow and adjust shade or warmth by season.
Soil Stays Wet / Root Rot Concern
Usually caused by overwatering or poor drainage and airflow. Water only after the mix dries and never let water pool at the pot base. Empty saucers promptly.
Leaves Discoloring or Dropping
Could be over/under-watering, insufficient light, root rot, or sunburn. Check soil condition and placement first, then treat based on symptoms.
Pest or Disease Outbreak
Early detection and treatment are crucial. Quarantine affected plants, inspect leaf undersides and the base, and follow category-specific trouble guides for proper treatment.
